“I can’t get the app to work!”
First and foremost, make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of Animixplay. The latest update includes several new features and bug fixes that can improve your experience. If you’re still having trouble, please check out our troubleshooting guide here:
If you’re using an iPhone or iPad, make sure you have the latest version of the Animixplay app. The app may not work if you’re using an older version.
